IU AND ROM-COM KING, PARK SEO-JOON TO STAR TOGETHER IN NEW KOREAN DRAMA.

 


One of the most successful Korean female idols, LEE JI-EUN widely known as IU is said to be staring in a new Korean drama with the king of rom-com dramas, PARK SEO-JOON.

 

The drama has been highly anticipated by fans since the news of its airing was announced. This is because of the visuals, chemistry, past dramas of the cast members individually and the star stunning leads of the drama. IU and PARK SEO JOON staring together is a sight to see. Generation Z is lucky again.

                The cast are familiar with themselves as KANG HA NEUL and PARK SEO JOON stared in MIDNIGHT RUNNERS together, and showed an extreme BROMANCE level. All BROMANCE lovers out there, we are sure to get a lot of BROMANCE in this drama. The question now arises, ‘Will there be any ROMANTIC SCENES in this drama?’

            Based on most of the dramas IU stared in, we can acknowledge her remarkable acting skills, especially in rom-com dramas. Her dramas like Moon Lovers or Hotel Del Luna, which both fell under the romantic genre and were both great hits. Moon Lovers was such a great hit that fans have been waiting for a Season 2 for five years. Moon Lovers fans, we respect you. Hotel Del Luna was also a national and international sensation that turned the Korean drama world upside down.


PARK SEO-JOON’S rom-com acting skills are also one of the best with works such as Fight for My Way, What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim and many more of his rom-com dramas topping the charts of my Korean drama watch list. If this two are paired together to bring us any kind of romance, we can be thrilled to tune in every time for their impeccable chemistry.

May we not forget that MOON LOVERS 8TH prince was played by KANG HA NEUL and he and IU seemed to be close both in the drama and real life. This reunion of the familiar cast may bring us one of the most memorable Korean dramas to be seen.

                LEE HYUN WOO will be joining the three to show us what kind of chemistry the four of them can showcase if put together. He’s known to be a lively actor, so getting along with PARK SEO JOON, IU or KANG HA NEUL will not be a problem.

CONCLUSION

The drama has already been confirmed to be COMEDY. We know there will be a lot of BROMANCE. So I wait to observe the kind of chemistry will build between the two main leads. I hope to see a hint of ROMANCE or at least very close friendship between the two.

    Deurim is the Korean romanization of the Korean drama "Dream". So in korean, " Dream" is written as 드림 which when written literally in english is "deurim"
